Honey Mustard Chicken Wings

1 cup barbecue sauce
1/4 cup honey
2 teaspoons yellow mustard
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

Season the flour by adding 1 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper to 1 cup of all-purpose flour and stir to combine.

Place the seasoned flour into a bag and set it aside.

Add 1 teaspoon of seasoned salt to the bowl with the cleaned and cut chicken wings and mix well to season the chicken.

Transfer the seasoned chicken wings into the flour bag and shake to coat all the wings in the flour. Let them sit for 30 minutes, shaking every 15 minutes.

Prepare the sauce by combining 2 teaspoons of yellow mustard, 2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon of deli mustard, and 1/4 cup of honey in a bowl and stir to combine.

Pour the sauce into a pan and bring it to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and let it cook for 5 to 7 minutes to thicken.

Preheat oil to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and drop 8 pieces of chicken wings into the oil, cooking for 12 to 14 minutes.

After the first batch is done, remove the wings and place them on a pan, then keep them warm in an oven preheated to 170 degrees Fahrenheit while cooking the second batch for another 12 to 14 minutes.

Once both batches are cooked, remove the wings from the pan and place them in a clean dish.

Pour the prepared sauce over the wings, cover, and shake to coat the wings evenly with the sauce.
