1 Tbsp Sugar
A pinch of salt
150g Flour
4 eggs

In a pan mix together the butter, water and sugar and put on medium heat until the butter is completely melted.

Once the butter is melted add the flour in one go. Mix with a wooden spoon until the batter does not stick to the pan and form a ball.

Remove from the fire and add eggs one by one, mix energetically until it forms a smooth batter.

Add the flowers and mix gently.

Put oil in a pan and when it's hot cook the fritters, about one teaspoon at a time. They’re ready when they’re golden brown.

Sprinkle icing sugar on top and eat warm.
