1400g Chicken
4 tbsp Oil
3 large Onion

Curry leaves
1 tbsp Ginger garlic
1 tbsp Garam masala
1 tbsp Red chili powder
1 tsp Cumin powder
1 tsp Black pepper powder

Marinate chicken with garlic, ginger, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder, black pepper, and salt. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.

Add sliced onion and green chilies to the skillet. Sauté until the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.

Add curry leaves and sauté for another minute until fragrant.

Add the marinated chicken to the skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is browned on all sides, about 10-12 minutes.

Reduce heat to low, cover the skillet, and cook for an additional 15-20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and tender.

Stir in lemon juice and adjust seasoning with salt if needed.

Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
