2 tablespoons fresh coriander, finely chopped
tomato sauce
oil for frying
1/4 teaspoon ajwain (carom seeds)
1/4 teaspoon kalonji (nigella seeds)
1/2 teaspoon crushed red chili flakes

In a mixing bowl, add 1/4 cup semolina and 1/4 cup besan, mix well.

Gradually add water to make a thick batter and let it rest covered.

Add 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala, 1/4 teaspoon garam masala, and salt to taste to the potatoes.

Add 2 finely chopped green chilies and 1 medium chopped onion to the potato mixture, mix well.

Spread tomato sauce on slices of white bread.

Fry on medium flame, adding hot oil on top of the bread pieces to help them cook evenly.
