200ml water
5g kelp
12g Cheongyang pepper
0.5 tsp salt
10ml tuna sauce
minced garlic

Drain the salt water from the soft tofu using a sieve.

Put Cheongyang pepper in a pot and boil for 2 minutes.

Add kelp to the pot and boil for an additional 3 minutes.

Add 0.5 tsp of salt and 10ml of tuna sauce to the pot.

Cut soft tofu to the right size and add it to the pot.

When the water boils, add the egg.

Once the egg is cooked, add 1 tbsp of minced garlic and small green onions.
