Sauté onions until translucent.
Add minced beef and break it up while cooking.
Add water and continue stirring to prevent clumping of the meat.
Add black pepper, coriander powder, Vegeta, Italian mixed herbs, cinnamon stick, and garlic paste, along with a jar of pasta sauce, mixing to combine.
Cook for 15 minutes.
Taste for salt and seasoning, adding salt to taste and then cumin powder.
Simmer on low heat for another 5 minutes to blend flavors.
Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling water with salt and oil according to package instructions, cooking for 11-12 minutes for softer pasta.
Drain the pasta and mix it gently with the meat mixture until well incorporated.
