Add 350 grams of water and cover the pan, cooking on high heat until tomatoes disintegrate, stirring every few minutes.

Once the tomatoes have dissolved, add more water as needed and maintain high heat, stirring occasionally.

Transfer the mixture to a deeper cooking vessel and add more water to reach about 40% of the volume.

Blend the mixture into a fine paste using a stick blender until it covers a spoon smoothly.

Return to the original pan to heat and stir, then transfer to containers for freezing.
