120g sliced onions
6-8 curry leaves
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
4 tbs curry powder
2 tomatoes (chopped)
4 green chillies (optional)
Coriander for garnish

Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent, about 5-7 minutes.

Mix in curry powder, turmeric, cumin, and coriander; cook for 1-2 minutes to toast the spices.
