Tahini Dip

4 Garlic cloves minced
1 Cup raw tahini paste
3/4 Cup freshly squeeze lemon juice
1/4 to 1/2 a cup water
1/2 Bunch dill
1/2 Teaspoon black pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Himalayan pink salt

In a mixing bowl, combine the tahini and lemon juice. Stir well until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Add the minced garlic, salt, and cumin to the tahini mixture. Mix until well combined.

Gradually add water to the mixture, stirring continuously until you reach your desired consistency. You may need more or less water depending on how thick you want the dip.

Drizzle in the olive oil and mix until fully incorporated.

Taste the dip and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more salt or lemon juice to taste.

Transfer the tahini dip to a serving bowl.

Garnish with chopped parsley on top.

Serve with pita bread, fresh vegetables, or as a spread in sandwiches.
