Wash 4 zucchinis thoroughly and cut them into 1/3 inch thick slices.

Line the zucchini slices on a piece of parchment paper on a baking tray.

Cover each zucchini slice with olive oil, salt, and black pepper, eyeballing the amounts.

Preheat the oven to 360 degrees Fahrenheit.

Bake the zucchini slices in the oven for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, take the zucchini slices out, turn them over, and return them to the oven for another 15 minutes.
