Add 200 grams of milk to a bowl.

Add 2 pieces of egg, 1 teaspoon of salt, 75 grams of sugar, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, and 2 tablespoons of dry yeast to the bowl.

Mix the ingredients well and set aside.

In a separate bowl, add 1 kg of flour and 25 grams of oil.

Combine the mixed ingredients from the first bowl with the flour and oil.

Add water gradually to form a soft dough, mixing for 10 to 15 minutes.

Cover the dough with oil and let it rest for at least 1 hour until it rises.

Once risen, cut the dough into six equal pieces and roll them into medium-sized rounds.

Place the rolled dough on a baking tray.

Brush the tops with egg and sprinkle with white and black sesame seeds.

Preheat the OTG to 220 degrees Celsius and bake for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown.
