Instructions
- 1Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pork sausage, almond flour, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- 3Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using) to the mixture.
- 4Crack the egg into the bowl and mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
- 5Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- 6Place the sausage balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving some space between each ball.
- 7Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the sausage balls are golden brown and cooked through.
- 8Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.

- 6Flip the pancake and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Repeat with the remaining batter.
- 7Once all pancakes are cooked, assemble the McGriddle by placing a slice of bacon and a slice of cheese between two pancakes.
- 8Drizzle with additional sugar-free maple syrup if desired.
