Chicken Paprikáš

1.5 lbs chicken thighs
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium onion
1 medium bell pepper
1 cup celery, diced
3 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon Hungarian sweet paprika
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup whipping cream
1 medium zucchini, diced
2 cups halushki

Brown a pack of boneless skinless chicken thighs in olive oil.

Remove the chicken and add onion, bell pepper, and celery to the pan.

Cook down the vegetables until softened.

Add a small can of tomato paste and a couple cloves of minced garlic.

Add 2/3 cup sour cream and 1/4 cup whipping cream directly into the stew.
