Coconut milk - 1 cup

Onion, fine chopped - 1/2 cup
Garlic & ginger paste - 2 tbsp
Green chili, paste - 1 tbsp (3-4 pieces)
Black mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon stick - 1 piece
Green Cardamom - 3-4
Dry red chili - 2-3 pieces
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp/per taste
Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp/adjust per taste
Coconut milk, unsweetened - 1 cup
Some chopped cilantro
