Sirka (Vinegar) ¼ Cup

Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 1 tbs
Hari mirch (Green chilli) crushed 1 & ½ tsp
Lemon zest 1 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tbs
Brown sugar powdered 1 & ½ tbs
Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste
Paprika powder 1 tsp
Kali mirch (Black pepper) whole ½ tsp
Olive oil 2-3 tbs

In a chopper, add fresh parsley, garlic, and dried oregano and chop well.

Transfer to a bowl, add salt, black pepper powder, red chilli crushed, paprika powder, vinegar, olive oil, and mix well. Chimichurri sauce is ready!

Cut chicken fillets into half then cut into half slices and set aside.

In a bowl, add tomato paste, garlic paste, green chilli crushed, lemon zest, lemon juice, brown sugar, salt, red chilli powder, paprika powder, black pepper whole (crush with the help of grinder), chicken, and mix well.

Add olive oil and mix well, cover and marinate for 30 minutes.

On a grill pan, add olive oil and spread evenly.

Place marinated chicken and grill from both sides until done (4-5 minutes).

On grilled glazed chicken, add chimichurri sauce and serve.
