Keto Egg Cups

6 large eggs
1/4 cup cooked and crumbled thick-cut bacon
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/4 cup chopped chives
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese
1 avocado, sliced

Spray a muffin sheet with nonstick spray.

Cut the bacon strips in half and lay them crisscross in the muffin sheet.

Crack an egg into each muffin cup.

Season with salt and pepper.

Cook in the oven at 325 degrees for 12 minutes.

After 12 minutes, take the pan out of the oven and sprinkle each egg cup with sharp cheddar cheese and parsley.

Put back in the oven under broil for 2 minutes.

Let cool down a little bit, then sprinkle with chives and add sliced avocado.
