Cover the dough with a cloth and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
Punch down the risen dough and divide into equal portions.
Shape each portion into a round disc and flatten slightly.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and anise seeds on top, pressing gently to adhere.
Place the discs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake until golden brown, about 15-20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack.
