Add 1 cup of brown rice flour, 1/3 cup of oat flour, 1/2 cup of granulated sugar, and 1 cup of cornstarch into a mixing bowl and mix well.

To make dulce de leche, cut 115 grams of brown sugar and add it to a pot with 1/3 cup of cold water, cooking over medium to low heat until it melts.

Add 320 grams of sweet condensed milk to the pot and turn off the heat, letting it cool for 15 minutes before transferring it to a mason jar.

Flour the surface and roll out the dough, using a mason jar lid as a cookie cutter to cut out circles.
