1 cup basmati rice

1/2 cup white wine
1 cup diced tomatoes
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1/2 lb chorizo, sliced
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Get an oven-proof pan and add a generous amount of olive oil.

Add in the onions and cook for a few minutes until softened.
