1/2 teaspoon chili powder

Grind 1 small onion with ginger and garlic.

Grind 1 cup fava beans until smooth.

Grind 2 medium tomatoes until smooth.

In a pan, add the ground onion paste and sauté until slightly brown, being careful not to burn it.

Add the ground tomato paste to the pan.

Mix in the spices: 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1 tablespoon coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1 tablespoon garam masala.

Stir the mixture and let it cook for a while until the spices are well combined.

Add the ground fava beans to the pan and mix well.

Add a little water to the mixture to achieve the desired consistency and cook for a few more minutes.
