500g chickpeas
1 lemon

100g tahini
150g yoghurt
1 tomato
fresh parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp paprika

Soak fava beans overnight in plenty of water.

Drain and rinse the soaked beans.

Place the beans in a pot and cover with fresh water.

Simmer the beans over medium heat until tender, about 1-1.5 hours.

In a separate pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Sauté chopped garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add cumin, salt, and black pepper to the garlic, stirring for 30 seconds.
