Add 300 ml of Milk to a pot.

Add Onion, Bayleaf, and a few Cloves to the Milk.

Bring the Milk to a quick boil and then turn off the heat.

Stir the Milk nicely and then strain it to remove the solids, keeping the Milk aside to cool down.

In a pan, melt 2 tbsp of Butter over a slow flame.

Once melted, add 2 tbsp of Refined Flour and roast it lightly over a mild flame, ensuring it does not turn brown.

Add the strained Milk into the pan with the flour mixture.

Increase the heat to high and let the mixture boil, stirring continuously until it thickens to a coating consistency.

Turn off the heat once thickened.

To make Cheese Sauce, add half a cup of grated Cheese to the White Sauce off the flame and stir until melted.

Season with Salt and Pepper if desired.
