Ingredients

  • 2 cans (5 oz each) tuna, drained
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 head of romaine lettuce, leaves separated
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)
  • 1/4 cup cucumber, diced (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1In a medium bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard.
  2. 2Add the finely chopped celery and red onion to the bowl.
  3. 3Stir in the lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until well mixed.
  4. 4Take a lettuce leaf and spoon a generous amount of the tuna mixture into the center.
  5. 5Top with cherry tomatoes and cucumber if desired.
  6. 6Fold the sides of the lettuce leaf over the filling and enjoy as a wrap.
  7. 7Repeat with the remaining lettuce leaves and tuna mixture.
  8. 8Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup sliced turkey breast
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1Spread a layer of cream cheese evenly over each tortilla.
  2. 2Spread cranberry sauce over the cream cheese layer on each tortilla.
  3. 3Layer sliced turkey breast on top of the cranberry sauce.
  4. 4Sprinkle chopped green onions and parsley over the turkey.
  5. 5Season with garlic powder and black pepper.
  6. 6Starting from one end, tightly roll up each tortilla into a log shape.
  7. 7Wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  8. 8Once chilled, remove the plastic wrap and slice each roll into pinwheels about 1 inch thick.
  9. 9Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter and serve immediately.
