Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Prepare a baking tray (35 x 25 cm) lined with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine 450 grams of flour, 230 grams of sugar, 12 grams of baking powder, and 100 grams of coconut flakes.
Add 10 grams of vanilla sugar and 2 eggs to the dry ingredients.
Pour in 100 milliliters of oil and mix well.
Gradually add 350 milliliters of milk in several parts while mixing.
If the mixture looks lumpy, it's just the coconut flakes in it.
Smooth the dough into the prepared baking pan.
Dice 350 grams of apricots into small pieces and sprinkle them on top of the dough so they spread evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, checking with a toothpick to see if it's baked through.
Once cooled a bit, slice the cake into squares and serve.
