Add red cheddar cheese to the food processor.
Add all-purpose flour and salt to the cheese in the food processor.
Blend for around 15 seconds until the cheese is finely ground.
Add cold cubed butter and blend until coarse breadcrumbs form.
Slowly drizzle in ice cold water while running the machine until the dough comes together.
Wrap the dough in cling wrap and chill in the fridge for around an hour.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out the dough on parchment paper to about 9 by 13 inches, adding flour as needed.
Cut the dough into squares roughly 1 inch by 1 inch.
Use a wooden skewer to poke a hole in the center of each square.
Place the squares on a baking tray and bake for 12 to 15 minutes until baked but not browned.
Let the crackers cool before storing them in an airtight container.
