Place the cheese, butter, flour, and salt inside a food processor.
Pulse to combine until the dough looks like coarse crumbs.
Slowly add the milk one tablespoon at a time with the food processor on until the dough becomes a ball.
Remove the dough from the food processor and form it into a ball.
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 15 minutes to chill.
Preheat the oven and place a rack in the middle, then line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Remove the chilled dough onto a lightly floured surface.
Roll the dough into a rectangle until it's about an eighth of an inch thick using a floured rolling pin.
Cut the dough into long strips horizontally and then vertically to create one-inch squares using a sharp knife or pizza cutter.
Lift and place the crackers about a fourth of an inch apart on the baking sheet.
Poke a hole in the center of each cracker with a toothpick.
Bake in the oven for about 12 to 15 minutes until the edges are just starting to brown, rotating pans halfway through if baking two at once.
Remove the pan from the oven and let the crackers cool completely.
Store in an airtight container or zip bag for up to three days.
