Cut sirloin tip steak into square pieces.

Season beef with Montreal steak spice, MSG, salt, chili powder, blended garlic and onions, green seasoning, and soy sauce; mix well and set aside to marinate.

Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add marinated beef to the pot; cover and cook until the beef releases its water and it dries down.

Add 0.5 cup hot water to the pot; stir and cover to cook for 15 minutes.

After 20 minutes of cooking, add red beans, pigeon peas, brown rice, chopped onions, celery, fresh thyme, tomatoes, and chili peppers to the pot; stir to combine.

Pour in coconut milk, chicken stock, and 2.25 cups hot water; stir well.

Add cat syrup and peas and rice seasoning; cover and cook for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, add spinach and green onions; stir and continue cooking until desired consistency is reached.
