In a separate bowl, mix psyllium husk with water and let it sit until it thickens.
Combine sugar, walnuts, almond flour, tapioca flour, and xanthan gum in a mixing bowl.
Add the thickened psyllium mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
Spread the dough into a lined baking sheet and sprinkle with baking powder before baking.
Bake until golden and set, then allow to cool completely.
Prepare the frosting by mixing powdered sugar, lemon juice, cocoa powder, and water until smooth.
Spread the frosting over the cooled cake.
