2 cups milk
1 cup rice flour
2 cups water
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla powder
2 tablespoons rose water
1 cup cream
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Add milk to a pot and bring it to a boil.

In a bowl, mix rice flour with water until smooth.

Once the milk is boiling, add the rice flour mixture to the milk and continuously stir until thickened.

After about 5 minutes of stirring, add sugar and continue stirring.

Add vanilla powder or essence and 1 cup of cream (optional).

Finally, add rose water and stir for another 2-3 minutes until thickened.
