Begin by emptying your three cans of tuna into a bowl.

Add three tablespoons of mayo on top of the tuna.

Stir the mixture together until it gets a nice smooth consistency.

Add one tablespoon of your non-salt seasoning to the mixture.

Cut up your four peppers (this step is optional).

If you like, grab a handful of cashews or any nut that you prefer (this step is also optional).

Mix everything all together until well combined.

Take your romaine lettuce and begin to put your tuna mixture on top.

This will make three big tuna wrap portions, but you could also make four or five smaller ones.
