Pour popcorn kernels into the bottom of the Lékué popcorn maker up to the lower line (1/4 cup).

Add 1 teaspoon of salt to the popcorn kernels.

Place the lid on the popcorn maker lightly, without pressing it all the way down.

Put the popcorn maker into the microwave.

Set the microwave for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.

Listen for pauses between the pops to determine when the popcorn is ready.

Take the finished popcorn out of the microwave and remove the lid.
