1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
2 cups coconut
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 large egg
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup milk

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a bowl, combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.

Cut in butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Add water gradually until a dough forms; knead lightly and wrap in plastic.

In a saucepan, combine shredded coconut, brown sugar, lime juice, and nutmeg.
