400 g flour
200 ml water
150 ml water
120 g brown sugar
100 g coconut shavings
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla

Mix the salt, sugar, flour, baking powder and 150 ml of water with your hands, add the coconut oil and cover the finished dough with foil.

Pour 200 ml of water into a skillet over medium heat, add the brown sugar.

Add the coconut, nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla, simmer gently until the liquid has evaporated completely and remove from the heat.

Roll out the dough into thin cakes 12-15 cm in diameter.

Pinch the edges to make baskets.

Put the coconut mixture with spices and sugar into the baskets.

Put in the oven at 170 degrees for 15 minutes.
