2 tablespoons garlic paste
1 tablespoon green chili paste
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon red chili flakes
1/2 teaspoon Kashmiri chili powder
4 medium-sized blended tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon crushed black pepper
3 tablespoons yogurt
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon freshly chopped coriander
1 lemon juice
green chilies (for garnish)

Heat 3/4 cup oil in a pan until hot.

Fry 1 full chopped garlic in the oil until golden brown, then set aside.

Add 1/2 kg chicken to the same oil and fry until golden on all sides.

Prepare the gravy by adding 2 tablespoons garlic paste to the oil and sauté for 1-2 minutes.

Add 1 tablespoon green chili paste, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon cumin powder, and sauté for 2-3 minutes.

Add 1/2 teaspoon Kashmiri chili powder and 4 blended tomatoes, mixing well and cooking for 4-5 minutes until oil separates.

Add the fried chicken pieces back into the pan and mix.

Stir in 1/2 teaspoon crushed black pepper and 3 tablespoons yogurt, then mix again.

Add 1/2 cup water, cover, and cook for 20-25 minutes.

Once cooked, add 1 tablespoon freshly chopped coriander and 1 lemon juice, mixing well.

Garnish with green chilies and the fried garlic, then cover and let it simmer for 4-5 minutes.
