1 bag of chicken gizzards
1 onion
1 tablespoon of garlic
3 tomatoes
1 tablespoon of chicken spice
1 tablespoon of barbecue spice
1 tablespoon of fresh thyme
1 bay leaf
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
salt
pepper
250 ml of chicken stock
500 grams of chopped spinach

parsley

Chop the tomatoes and onion.

Add the tomato paste and garlic to the chopped tomatoes and onion.

Add the chicken gizzards to the slow cooker.

Add the sautéed tomatoes and onions to the pot.

Add the chicken stock, salt, and pepper to the pot and stir.

Cover the slow cooker and set it to low for three and a half hours.

After three hours, add 500 grams of chopped spinach to the pot and let it cook up.

Serve with puff and parsley.
