1 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 cup parsley
1 cup grated cheese
2 tablespoons butter

Zwiebel in einer Pfanne glasig anschwitzen und anschließend mit der Milch aufgießen.

Nun alle Zutaten bis auf den Reibkäse zugeben und vermischen.

Kleine Knödel formen und in die Mitte eine Teelöffel große Portion Reibkäse einarbeiten.

Nun Butterschmalz in einem hohen Topf erhitzen und die Knödel nach und nach herausbacken.

Die Knödel anschließend noch 10min im Dampfgarer fertig garen.

In einer Brennsuppe oder klaren Suppe mit viel Schnittlauch genießen.
