1

Blend the jerk seasoning, paprika, chicken seasoning, and all-purpose seasoning together.

2

Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil to the blended seasonings.

3

Wash and clean the turkey crown, then add the seasoning mixture to the turkey, ensuring to season inside as well.

4

Add browning sauce to the turkey for color, using dark soy sauce as an alternative if needed.

5

Add wet jerk marinade to the turkey, being careful not to add too much due to spiciness.

6

Stuff the inside of the turkey with scallion and fresh thyme.

7

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

8

Place the turkey in a baking tray and add 1/2 cup of water to the tray.

9

Sprinkle ground allspice and additional scallion and thyme over the turkey.

10

Brush some olive oil on the baking rack before placing the turkey on it.

11

Add any remaining seasoning from the mixing bowl to the turkey.

12

Bake the turkey in the oven for at least 1 hour, basting it every 30 minutes with the liquid from the baking tray.

13

After 1 hour, check the turkey and return it to the oven for an additional 40-50 minutes to ensure it is cooked through.

14

Once finished, plate the turkey and drizzle with the cooking liquid for added flavor.
