1 teaspoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon corn flour
250 grams tofu
2 tablespoons corn flour
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon oil
2 teaspoons sesame oil
2 teaspoons white sesame seeds
1 tablespoon green onions
white sesame seeds for garnishing

In a bowl, add 60 milliliters soy sauce, 70 milliliters water, 2 teaspoons honey, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, 2 teaspoons chilli sauce, 1 teaspoon garlic, 1 teaspoon rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon corn flour and mix it well. Keep aside.

In a bowl, add 250 grams tofu, 2 tablespoons corn flour and mix it well.

Heat 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1 tablespoon oil in pan, add the tofu in it and mix it well.

Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat or until it turns golden brown in color from all sides.

Remove it from heat and drain it on an absorbent paper.

Heat 2 teaspoons oil in a pan, add the prepared sauce in it and mix it well.

Cook for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.

Then, add the fried tofu and mix it well.

Cook for 2 - 3 minutes on medium heat.

Now, add 2 teaspoons white sesame seeds, 1 tablespoon green onions and mix it well.

Cook for a minute and remove it from heat.

Garnish with white sesame seeds.
