Cook the tagliatelle according to package instructions.

In a pan, heat some extra virgin olive oil and add the garlic and chili.

Add the cleaned cardoncelli and finferli to the pan and sauté until cooked.

Pour in some white wine and let it evaporate.

Add the cooked tagliatelle to the pan and mix well with the mushroom sauce.
