Melt butter and mix into the batter until smooth.

Bake for 12-15 minutes until the cake is springy to the touch.

Dust a clean kitchen towel with powdered sugar and invert the cake onto it.
Roll the cake tightly in the towel and let it cool completely.
Prepare the filling by beating cream cheese, heavy cream, and powdered sugar until fluffy.
Unroll the cooled cake, spread the filling evenly, and roll it back up without the towel.
Chill the rolled cake in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before slicing.
