Marinate the chicken with 1 1/2 onions, 2 blended tomatoes, 1 handful coriander leaves, 1 handful mint leaves, 1/2 cup yoghurt, 1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste, 2 tbsp briyani spices, 1 tbsp cumin powder, and 2 chillies for a few hours before cooking.

Add 2 large potatoes, cut into cubes and salted, and fry until golden brown and crispy.
