1.5 cups fine bulgur (light color)
1.5 cups fine bulgur (dark color)
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon turmeric
1.5 cups water

Heat a pan over medium heat and add vegetable oil.

Add the ground beef and mix well. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.

Add the chopped onions, curry powder, salt, black pepper, five spice, and paprika. Mix well and cover. Cook on low heat for another 10 minutes, until the onions are soft.

Add the chopped parsley and mix well.

To make the bulgur, mix the light and dark bulgur, 1 tablespoon of salt, cumin, and turmeric in a separate bowl.

Gradually add 1.5 cups of water and mix well. Cover and let sit for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Form the dough into any shape you like and fill it with the cooked ground beef.

Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the stuffed Kubba. Boil for 5-7 minutes.

Remove from the water and drain.
