1/2 onion
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup chopped onions
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups egg noodles
1.5 cups cracked wheat (bourghol)
4 tablespoons brown butter
1 tablespoon seven spices
1 tablespoon dried coriander
1 cup cooked chickpeas
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon black pepper

Heat a pot on medium to high heat and add vegetable oil.

Add chicken to the pot and fry for a few minutes to develop color.

Add bay leaves, cinnamon stick, black peppercorns, and half an onion to the pot with the chicken.

Cook for a few minutes until the chicken is golden.
