Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat.
Separate the kadayif dough strands gently with your fingers.
Mix the melted butter with the kadayif strands until well coated.
Spread half of the kadayif mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
Chop the walnuts and pistachios finely and mix with cinnamon and sugar.
Sprinkle the nut mixture over the kadayif layer in the dish.
Cover with the remaining kadayif mixture, pressing down gently.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
While baking, prepare the syrup by boiling water and sugar together until dissolved.
Add lemon juice and rose water to the syrup and simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove kadayif from the oven and pour the hot syrup evenly over it.
Let it cool for at least 30 minutes to absorb the syrup.
Serve warm or at room temperature, topped with clotted cream and powdered sugar.
