Mash the bananas into a puree until very soft and overripe.

Grind the nuts into medium-sized crumbs, preferably slightly toasting them beforehand.

Mix all the ingredients together, adding lemon juice to neutralize the baking soda.

Grease the baking pan with vegetable oil, optionally placing parchment paper on the bottom.

Pour the dough into the pan.

Place the pan in a preheated oven at 180 to 190°C for 50 to 60 minutes.

Check for readiness with a wooden skewer.
