Prepare a round baking pan (number 32) and coat it with cooking oil.

In a bowl, mix sparkling water, cooking oil, and baking powder.

Sauté the onion in some oil until translucent.

Add the minced meat and fry for about 2-3 minutes at medium heat.

Season with dehydrated food seasoning and ground black pepper, mixing until combined.

Let the meat fry for about 10 minutes until completely cooked.

Take two sheets of phyllo and place them in the baking pan with the ends hanging out.
