Roast 4 red peppers at 220C (428F) for 30 minutes.

Stew the roasted peppers in a plastic bag while they’re still hot.

Remove the peels and seeds from the peppers.

In a bowl, combine 1 tbsp. olive oil, 1 tsp. salt, 4 minced garlic cloves, 1 tbsp. sweet paprika, and 1 tsp. hot paprika.

Add 250 g. crumbled feta cheese to the mixture.
