EPIC Air Fryer Desserts! | Air Fryer 101

- ●4 Bramley apples, peeled and chopped

- ●1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- ●1/3 cup brown sugar
- ●1/2 tsp cinnamon
- ●1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- ●1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- ●1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- 1Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- 2In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped Bramley apples with 1 tablespoon of brown sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon. Toss to coat the apples evenly.
- 3In another bowl, mix the rolled oats, flour, remaining brown sugar, melted butter, chopped nuts (if using), and salt until crumbly.
- 4Place the apple mixture in the bottom of the air fryer basket, spreading it out evenly.
- 5Sprinkle the crumble topping over the apples, covering them completely.
- 6Air fry for 15-20 minutes, or until the apples are tender and the topping is golden brown.
- 7Check halfway through cooking; if the topping is browning too quickly, cover it loosely with aluminum foil.
- 8Once done, remove from the air fryer and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
- 9Serve warm, optionally with ice cream or whipped cream.

- ●Fresh fruits (e.g., strawberries, kiwi, passion fruit) for topping
Instructions
- 1Preheat the air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
- 2In a clean, dry bowl, beat the egg whites on medium speed until soft peaks form.
- 3Gradually add the granulated sugar, one tablespoon at a time, while continuing to beat until the mixture is glossy and stiff peaks form.
- 4Gently fold in the vinegar, cornstarch, and vanilla extract until just combined.
- 5Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper and spoon the meringue mixture onto the paper, shaping it into a round disc with a slight well in the center.
- 6Air fry the meringue for 25-30 minutes, or until it is crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. Turn off the air fryer and let the meringue cool completely in the basket.
- 7In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- 8Once the meringue is cool, carefully remove it from the air fryer and place it on a serving plate.
- 9Spread the whipped cream over the meringue and top with fresh fruits of your choice.
- 10Serve immediately and enjoy your Air Fryer Pavlova.

- ●1 tsp vanilla extract
- ●1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- 1In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix well and set aside.
- 2In another bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and melted butter until smooth.
- 3Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the sugar mixture and whisk until fully combined.
- 4Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Do not overmix.
- 5Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
- 6Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C) for about 5 minutes.
- 7Line a small baking pan that fits in your air fryer with parchment paper and pour the brownie batter into the pan, spreading it evenly.
- 8Place the pan in the air fryer basket and cook at 320°F (160°C) for 15-18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- 9Once done, remove the brownies from the air fryer and let them cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
- 10Cut into squares and serve.
