Scaldate il grill a 200 °C. Tagliate la focaccia in quattro e aprite ogni pezzo a metà. Spennellate con un po’ d’olio d’oliva la superficie di taglio. Tostate i pezzi di focaccia sul grill per ca. 5 minuti, finché diventano croccanti.
Dimezzate i pomodori e conditeli con il resto dell’olio, sale e pepe.
Spalmate la ricotta sulla focaccia, farcite con i pomodori, la rucola e servite subito.
