Chop 2 onions into small pieces or slices and place them in a bowl.

Chop 5 potatoes into small pieces, ensuring each piece is thin enough.

Turn on the heat and pour some olive oil into a skillet.

Fry the onions over medium heat for 3 minutes.

Add the chopped potatoes to the skillet and mix well.

Cover the skillet with a lid and cook for 15 minutes, turning down the heat.

Mix the potatoes again and set aside to cool off.

In a bowl, crack 6 eggs and add 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp paprika, and 1/2 tsp black pepper. Mix well.

Pour the egg mixture over the potatoes and mix a little bit, then set aside for 20 minutes.

Divide the potato and egg mixture into 2 parts.

Turn on the heat and pour some vegetable oil into the skillet.

Add the first part of the mixture to the skillet.

Place 4 slices of chicken jambon on top.

Add 200g of cheddar or mozzarella cheese on top of the chicken.
